The Osteoporosis Resource Center (ORC) is a unique facility offering a wide variety of S.A.F.E. and effective exercise programs, workshops and assessments for those diagnosed with bone and joint health issues. Our programs and classes are ideal for anyone diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia or neck, back, hip or knee pain.

Yoga is a great activity for both your mind and body. Bonnie offers a safe and effective yoga program for Boomers & Beyond that incorporates traditional yoga poses which are modified. Her classes allow you to reap the benefits of bone strengthening and relaxation without the fear of spinal fractures or other bone damage.
A complete, safe and effective personal bone health program that helps improve bone quality and strength. We help you improve balance to reduce falls risk, eat healthier meals to fortify your body and reduce stress to help lessen the anxiety, worry and fear.
Preventing falls and improving posture all reduce your risk of hip and vertebral compression fractures. Our small group classes improve your balance, strengthen back muscles, teach you safe ways to sit, stand and lift while helping you alleviate pain and
improve how you look and feel.
Tai Chi can be very helpful in reducing the risk of falls by improving balance, body control and strength. It is also helps to reduce stress by quieting your mind. Roger Blough of Qi Elements offers Tai Chi for Osteoporosis to help improve balance, increase bone strength and reduce stress.
